I just celebrated my 25th  wedding anniversary with my loving wife yesterday. It was a bitter sweet day as my wife cried herself to sleep (no it is not because of the burden of being married to me so long) the night before.  It was because we found out our children’s  neighborhood friends are leaving Calgary because their parents are splitting up.  We had learned earlier this fall that 3 houses in a row behind us had families break apart forcing two of them to sell and move.  There is another family two doors down and two more across the street that have experienced the same.  I wonder if my street is much different from many other streets in the city and the country.
